Joe and his team does absolutely excellent work. He refinished my basement about 4 months ago and a rental unit a few years ago. Both times extremely happy with the result. What was most impressive is that i had a water pipe burst Thursday night and he was at my house 15 minutes after I called him for help the following day. 2 hours after that, he had his team over working on it, including the plumber to fix the leak. All of this on a Friday. Service and response time simply outstanding. You won’t find anyone with better workmanship and caring service. I would recommend his team to everyone.

I’ve known Joe for a number of years now. Joe is honest to a fault and doesn’t pull any punches. He’s got a lot of integrity. Every now and then I’d run into him over the years. More recently, I needed some advice on how to approach something and thought he might have the right approach. Again he was brutally up front, but his advice was very helpful! Ya gotta admire someone that builds two successful businesses after the post-industrial apocalypse. Shows a lot of character. I recommend him and his Team for sure!

If you are looking for a company that does it all, I would highly recommend calling Imperial Renovations. I was looking for an established company who was dependable, honest, clean, respectable and who would pay attention to detail. Joe and his team stepped up to the plate and did an outstanding job with several renovations to my home, and they completed the work within the time frame that was agreed to. Added bonus….right on the contract, it states that they have liability insurance which is very important to me

Interior definitely did a great job laying new floor in the basement and added wain scotting and painted on the main level!!! Plus, Joe’s crew did glass work in the bathroom upstairs! Wonderful and I recommend for sure.

Great job, Joe & Crew! We love our new home! The job you have done is more than we could ever have dreamt of. All the fears and doubts were dispersed once we stared building. The speed, efficiency, quality and care made us feel safe extraordinaire ! Your trades are the best of the best. All the guys were more than considerate when working at the existing level, apologetic to be in our way (?) and were making sure that everything was cleaned at the end of each day. There is a small problem with that, now that my Wife has learned some men can actually use the broom… My excuse was that it was not in our DNA, but what am I left with now? ? The decision to remain living in the house during the construction of our addition was the best decision we have made, of course – right after the decision to hire you! It saved us thousands of dollars and lots of work. We appreciate the help with the interior design and the fine talk when it came to choosing the finishes, as the opinions of the parties involved ( Myself & Wife) were not always in sync. Once again, our most heartfelt thank you for the job that exceeded our expectations. Chad & Kaleigh
